What we're about
We're here for the hard-working folks of this valley - the early risers, the go-getters, and anyone getting ready to take on the day. Our food truck serves fresh, grab-and-go breakfast, hot coffee and more every weekday morning from 7am to 10am - perfect for your commute to work or a quick, satisfying start.
When the morning rush winds down, we fire up the smoker for lunch from 10:30am - 2pm.
Every Thursday we'll serve our slow-smoked baby back ribs family-style for the Thursdays Special from 3:30pm to 6pm (or until we sold out) to make your night easier for the football game.
