What we're about
We're here for the hard-working folks of this valley - the early risers, the go-getters, and anyone getting ready to take on the day. Our food truck serves fresh, grab-and-go breakfast, hot coffee and more every weekday morning from 7am to 11am - perfect for your commute to work or a quick, satisfying start.
After a mid-day break to slow-smoke our baby back ribs and whole chimichurri chickens, we fire things back up from 3:30pm to 6pm (or until we sold out) with hearty, family-style take-home dinners to make the weeknights easier.
